UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Workday users across Penn State will experience an improved look and feel to the system this month, starting Aug. 9.
To support this change, all Workday job aids and resources have been updated and are available in the Knowledge Base in the WorkLion Portal.
These materials will help you learn about and navigate the new interface:
With this update, users will see a new homepage when they log in, making it easier for them to navigate within the system. Workday Today, the official name of the new interface, will be divided into as many as six sections, depending on each user’s security role. These sections are personalized to the individual user and include:

Announcements – all personalized to the individual user.
Workday users will also experience improvements to the search functionality and be able to access Apps from anywhere in Workday.
